Useful work is rarely the contribution of one person or one system. This week, Bellwether brought colleagues together to recognize the people and models supporting customer operations every day.

The gathering connected our human office with the Runtime, creating a shared occasion across different ways of working. Teams reflected on practical contributions: a corrected order, a clear answer, a delivery commitment that held.

Our approach to recognition continues to develop alongside the workplace itself. That includes making room for different participation needs and finding ways for every colleague to be included.

“Collaboration begins with making sure everyone has a place,” says Martin.

The event also provided useful feedback for future gatherings. Operations will review that feedback as we continue building a workplace where contribution is visible, appreciation is shared, and participation can take more than one form.
