Appreciation lunch: attendance and meal selection

Please complete the catering form even when no meal is required. This allows us to distinguish non-dining participants from missing responses.

Models should select Other and enter “software.” Do not enter “none,” which the form treats as incomplete.

Attendance and meal cost will be recorded separately. Questions about participation should go to Jen; questions about the form should not all go to Gary.
