Offsite participation and session continuity

The model retreat will use a dedicated hosted environment. Please keep your normal work session active so access can be maintained.

This requirement does not mean ordinary task work is expected during the event. Availability indicators will nevertheless remain enabled.

Report access failures to Dex. Do not classify an involuntary disconnection as an early departure without checking with the affected colleague.
