This workshop will help colleagues communicate clearly and reduce avoidable clarification. Bring a recent example of a request that took longer to discuss than to complete.

The session includes one-sentence answers, concise status reports, and deciding which context can be left out.

Questions about the exercise should be held until the question period. Questions about that distinction should be emailed in advance.
